At Plantify Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your greenery; if your plants or gardening tools don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please note that live plants must be returned in their original nursery pots to ensure their health during transit.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that live plants are upright and cushioned to prevent damage during shipping.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our botanists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
